Once you have completed all of the training and passed an exam you will be automatically awarded your certificate. If you need to download it again all you have to do is login, click on "Dashboard" in the menu, then go to "Courses & Certificates" in the menu as shown in the picture, then click "Continue" on the course.

Food Handler Certificate: This is your official Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) Food Handler certificate and will need to be printed out and displayed or held on record. This is the only copy of your certificate and you can download it from our website whenever you need it.

BASSET Certification: This is your BASSET temporary certificate. This certificate is valid for 30 days from the date it was issued and proves as proof of your BASSET qualification. You can work immediately upon the receiving this certificate.

Within this time the Illinois Liquor Control Commission (ILCC) will physically mail out your BASSET card to you. This comes direct from the ILCC.

To purchase a course and start your training all you have to do is click on any of the links in the menu or any of the enrol links on the website. Any of the BASSET training or Food Handler training buttons will bring you through the steps to buy your training. Just follow the instructions on each page. If you do not achieve the required pass rate you will have to take the exam again. We offer you an UNLIMITED amount of retakes to make sure you get qualified and get your certification with the knowledge you need to do the job. 

Once you answer all questions and submit the exam you will immediately know if you passed or failed. If you need to retake any exam all you have to do is click on the "Retake" button at the end of the exam and start again.

Your Food Handler certification is valid for 3 years,

To continue your training all you have to do is login and click on "Dashboard" in the menu, then "Courses & Certificates". You will then be on your Dashboard page, just scroll down the page and click "Continue" on the course you wish to continue your training.

If you wish to buy another course all you have to do is login to the website and click on "Dashboard" in the menu, then click on Courses & Certificates". Once you are on your this page just scroll down and click on the enroll button on the course you want to buy.

You can also just click on any of the  course links on the website and any of the course links for the course you want to buy in the menu.

Your student number is located on your certificate and is only assigned after your complete a course and pass the final exam. 

To create your student number we use part of your phone number. As each individual has a unique phone phone. If you do not have a phone number you can use the last 5 digits of your SSN. 

If you have any issues with any of this you can enter a random number and email us after your have been awarded your certificate ,we will then issue you an individual unique student number. 

Do not worry if the number on your certificate does not exactly match your phone number or the last 5 digits of your SSN, it is still your correct student number.

BASSET Certificate: Your BASSET certificate student number also contains the number 146667 - {number}. This entire number is your BASSET student number.

Food Handler Certificate: Your Food Handler certificate number is the number on your certifcte without 146667.
