Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds Before Course Completion

If you have purchased a training course but have not yet completed it, you are eligible for a full refund. To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Upon Completion

Once the training course has been completed and the certificate has been awarded, the product is considered used, and no refunds will be issued. This is due to the fact that the certificate is valid for official use, and the service has been fully provided.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the request is approved. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
How to Request a Refund:

Exceptions:

We do not provide refunds for incomplete or partial course completions if the request is made beyond 30 days from the date of purchase.
