Groupon FAQ

How does it work?

All you have to do is click on the "Buy on Groupon" link and purchase the training package on Groupon. Groupon will then send you a voucher. You need to send the voucher to us at support@illinoisBASSET.com. We will then email you back with a coupon code. You register on our website, enter the code at the checkout and you can start your training immediately.

Please be patient with this process. You will need to give us time to process your Groupon voucher and to issue your your coupon code to start your training. Our support opening hours can be found by clicking on "Contact Us" in the top menu.

Is the training still Official State Training with the Groupon Deal?

Yes, all of our training is approved and accredited by the State of Illinois, the Illinois Liquor Control Commission (ILCC) and the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH). You can view both of our State provider license by clicking on "Licenses" at the bottom of our website.
